I’ve had many new website launches in my career, but the updated Park Board website is by far the biggest. The website redesign went live in June of 2025, but I’d been researching and designing and studying for the redesign for years at that point. Each division had its own specific needs, and our content management system, Civic Plus, had plenty of limitations. I designed our template from scratch, put together a style guide, and created about 10 million icons and almost as many pages.
