The Springfield-Branson National Airport had an outdated reporting system that sent an identical template to various divisions and departments, regardless of the type of data they submitted. After meeting with each group individually, I created custom forms for them to use to submit their data. I compiled it all in a manner easily digestible to the public, but with enough data to please our board and investors.
